Assumptions and expectations often vary from one country to another and from one culture to another (from communication to the way of maintaining relationships, from a sense of humour to the value of a contract).
It is necessary to acquire fundamental knowledge about what is "normal" in other countries in order to be able to work successfully in an increasingly globalised world. Therefore, we need to have information in order not to make mistakes, as well as know the correct sources of information.
